AC Milan are interested in signing a young Belgian star. He’s is rumoured to be chased by Manchester United as well.
According to Calciomercato, Massimiliano Mirabelli was attending the Belgium-Mexico (ended 3-3) friendly to scout Leander Dendoncker. The young defensive midfielder is already capped 4x for the Red Devils, and will probably be part of the World Cup team.
Currently playing for Anderlecht, the youngster has blewn up the last years for his run of impressive performances on the midfield. Next to his defensive role at the club now, DenDoncker can play further up the field as well in a more offensive role.
With 1.88m (6’2) and 67kg (147lbs), the Milan target has certainly the ability to win aerial duels. He is also know for his tackling, passing and long shots. One of his “weaknesses” would be dribbling.
However Dendoncker would certainly be a good addition for Milan, but is this really what we need? Another young player? Or should we chase a more proven internationaly known player?
Why Mirabelli went to Belgium..?
